Sometimes, when generating a large export, especially one with many attachments, the process may take longer than expected. If you need to cancel an ongoing export, follow these steps:

1. If you attempt to start a new export while one is already in progress, you'll see a message that says:

"Your previous export is still in progress. Please wait until the file generation is finished or cancel it."

2. To cancel the ongoing export, click the "Cancel" button provided in this message.

3. Once canceled, you can start a new export if needed.

Things to note:

  • Large packages with numerous attachments may take longer to export than anticipated.

  • If you receive a message stating, "Another report needs to finish exporting," this is not an error. It's informing you that you can't start a new export until the current one finishes or is canceled.

  • Any new export you initiate should begin processing immediately after canceling an export.
