To cancel your "Monthly" subscription, please follow the 4 simple steps below.
Step 1: Click on the "Account" dropdown menu then select "Company Profile".
Step 2: Click on "Plan & Billing".
Step 3: Click the red "Cancel" button.
Step: 4 Click "Cancel Account."
*Please note, we cannot guarantee the following when you cancel:
The storage of data after cancelation.
The subscription cost and same features.
This means that there is no guarantee that your data will be saved and that you will be subject to whatever the current subscription cost is at that time should you resubscribe. We cannot guarantee you will have access to the same features and subscription price should you cancel.
