In this article, we walk you through the Files section of a project. You'll see how to create new folders, add files to a project, and share them with your clients and team members.
Creating New Folders
Go to the Files tab
On the right side of your project, type in the desired folder name in the green box.
3. Click on the "New" button or hit enter on your keyboard.
Done! Once created, you can now add files to the folder.
Deleting folders
To remove a folder, click on the trash bin icon located beside it.
Rearranging folders
If you wish to rearrange the sequence of your folders, click on the three-horizontal lined icon and drag the folder to the position you prefer.
Sharing Files with Clients
To share files with clients, click the gray eye icon next to the file you wish to share. This will make the eye icon green. When the eye is green, your client will be able to see the file.

The documents you've shared with them will be included in the "Shared With Clients" folder.
Note: The eye symbol will not be visible until a client has been invited. To share files, you must first invite them. See this article on How to Invite Clients.
Similarly, any files that your clients upload will be automatically added to the "From Clients" folder. Please note that this folder cannot be removed and is not visible to your clients.
What your client sees...
When your client logs in, they will be able to access the "Files" tab located at the top of the project page.
Note: Clients are not able to see the Folders you have created in the Files sections. They can only view the individual files that have been shared with them.
