Cancellation Policy - Monthly or Annual Plan

Learn about our monthly and annual plan cancellation policies.

In Gather, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your subscription.


Paid Monthly:

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, but we do not refund for days unused during your billing cycle.

Paid Annually:

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused time on your yearly subscription. This is why we offer a monthly plan, so you can be sure Gather will meet your needs before committing to an annual.

Note: If you would like to cancel your annual plan, please contact us directly. The cancellation will not take effect until your subscription’s pay cycle ends.
