New Features

  • New Report Export: Costs by Area Report
  • New Report Export: Costs by Type Report
  • Now, when you select items in a project, you will see the sum total for only the items selected (both in the project total and the area totals)
  • Proposal Exports are now called "Line Item Specifications" and have a document title of "Specifications"

User Experience Improvements 

  • Grid View or Spreadsheet View mode will now be remembered from project-to-project. If you use one or the other views regularly, this will help you save a click.
  • Better error notifications in the clipper tool
  • Export menu options have new names: 'Proposal' is now 'Line Item Specifications', 'Spec Sheets' is now 'Spec Package'
  • Manufacturer and Supplier detail options were not showing up in the spec sheet export dialog if no detail info was added to them in the Vendors area. Now, if there are no details, they are grayed out, but not selectable.
  • Vision Board export file names are now more consistent and relevant

Bug Fixes

  • When clients clicked the 'Status' tab of an item, the screen would go white. Fixed.
  • Some of the date filters in the Grid View of a project were not ordering from newest to oldest. Now they are.
  • Selection controls were visible after filtering in the Grid View. Now they are not.
  • Some users were assigned the wrong role. Fixed.
  • Some users experienced problems saving the order of areas in their projects. Fixed.
  • 20% page load speed improvement for the 'Files' section of a project

New Features

  • New Report Export: Item Quantities by Type
  • New Report Export: Item Quantities by Area
  • Users can now export PDF attachments to spec sheets and spec packages
  • Users can now choose to include only the images for upholsteries on spec sheets

User Experience Improvements 

  • Associates will now see a warning message if their internet connection is offline or very slow when they are trying to edit an item.
  • PO, Invoice, and Acknowledgement numbers are now visible and editable from the spreadsheet view.
  • Manufacturer and Supplier detail options were not showing up in the spec sheet export dialog if no detail info was added to them in the Vendors area. Now, if there are no details, they are grayed out, but not selectable.

Bug Fixes

  • Clients were able to click the "Create New Project" button from the projects page, but now it's not possible.
  • There was an error when users tried to upload a file if they clicked the upload button more than once.
  • When entering a tax rate with 3 decimal points at the project level, it would round to 2 decimal points. Now, we support 3 decimal points and no rounding happens.

User Experience Improvements 

  • Header options for line-item exports from the spreadsheet view
  • In multi-item exports, the options now appear in the same order as they are filtered and sorted in the spreadsheet view
  • Updates and design tweaks to sign-in pageExperience: Options in all select menus in spreadsheet mode are now organized alphabetically for better access
  • Better numerical calculation and number range filtering in spreadsheet mode
  • When multiple users in one company were clipping, the item would "pop up" on both of their screens. Now it only pops up automatically for the user clipping.
  • Grid view filter optimization that improves speed of project page

Bug Fixes

  • Inability to bulk update statuses when filtering by status
  • Inability to change a status date to a future month from the spreadsheet view
  • "Date Added" sort option was ordering items from oldest to newest. Now it is newest to oldest.
  • Issue with some users where re-ordering areas was not working as expected
  • Some users had an issue where images on spec sheet exports were spanning multiple pages. Now, they do not.
  • Clipper tool issue where some users were being logged out
  • Project drop down list was in reverse order (oldest to newest). Now it's newest to oldest.
