Gather allows you to export all item status dates to a CSV file, called a "Progress Schedule", which can be open in any spreadsheet application such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers. 

To export a Progress Schedule, follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Select the items you wish to export. 

Step 2:  Click on the "Exports" dropdown and select "Progress Schedule".

Step 3: Save the file to your computer, and then you can open it in the spreadsheet application you use.
