It’s not too difficult to upload files in one click in Gather. We use a third-party service called Filestack — a tool that allows you to upload files, not only from your local computer and webcam but also from:

The most popular social media networks like:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

Commonly used storage solutions:

  • Google Drive

  • Dropbox

  • Box

  • Google Photos

  • OneDrive

  • OneDrive Business

Follow this simple step-by-step guide to access and upload your files from the native and outside services mentioned above. If you’re not familiar with uploading files to projects yet, please see this article as a starting point - Uploading Files to Projects.

Let's start! 👇

Step 3B - A new page will open to connect your account. Fill in your email address and password.

Step 3C - Once you’ve logged in, Filestack will request access to your Facebook name, profile picture, and photos. Facebook will only extract images and will not modify or delete them.

Step 3D - Once you're done extracting the image, click the “Sign out” in the menu to disconnect from Facebook.

7. Link (URL) - Enter the URL of the image you want to upload.

Step 7A. First, you will need to right-click the image to obtain the correct URL. You can either copy its image address or open it in a new tab. From there, copy the URL of the image in the browser. See the example below:

Step 7B. Copy and paste the URL. Select your folder, and upload.

8. Box - Connect your Box account.

A new page will open to connect your account. To disconnect from Box, click the 'Sign out' button in the menu.
