You can also add images to your Gather account directly from your computer.
Just follow the steps below...
Step 1: From a project's main page, click on the green plus in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 2: A "New Item" box will pop up. Click the gray "add image" plus as shown below.
Step 3: Using the list of options listed under "Choose File", select the location of the image you would like to upload. Once you have selected the image file, click "open". *Note: images can only be uploaded in an image format (JPG, PNG, GIF).
Step 4: Once the image appears in this window, you can use the gray perforated box to crop out any unwanted area around the image. Then click "save".
Step 5: Now you will need to name the image and then use the drop-down arrows to select an area and a type. When complete, click "Create New Item".
Step 6: The item has now been saved to your project! The new item will automatically open so you can continue adding more details.
