To take bulk action on an item in Gather, such as exporting, updating a status, or editing, you must first select the items you wish to take action on.
Otherwise, if you do not select any items, the action will be taken on all of them. Don't worry. We will let you know before you take action on all the items.
Selecting items can be done from the Grid View to the Spreadsheet View.
From the Grid View:
You can select items Individually by hovering over the image and checking the box in the upper-left-hand corner.
Once you've selected at least one item, you can select all items in an area or a project by checking the "Select All" boxes as shown below.Β
From the Spreadsheet View:
From the Grid View under "Display," switch to the Spreadsheet View.
To select all items, check the box in the top-left next to the column names.
To select individual items, check the box next to each item.
