This is a legally binding agreement between “you” and/or the company you represent. (collectively “you”, “yours”, “referer,” etc.) and Gather (“we”, “us”, or “our” etc). By creating a referral account or by otherwise using or distributing a referral link, you confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

The following terms and conditions apply to you as a member of Gather's referral program.

Gather Rights and Obligations

If abuse, misconduct, or misuse of a referral link occurs, Gather retains the full right to revoke a referrer's account without warning by disabling the link from further use.

Gather may modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified and need to review and approve the new terms. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in referral rewards and changes to Gather's Referral Program rules. If any modifications are unacceptable, you can stop participating in the program. Otherwise, continued participation following a change indicates agreement.

Termination

Gather, and the referrer has full right to terminate participation in the Referral Program at any time, with or without cause.

Referrer Payment Details

Referral rewards are sent to a referrer via Email in the form of a Gift Card after the referred user retains an active paid subscription with Gather for 60 days. This does not include the free 14-day trial period.

The referral reward amount is $200 per referred user as of November 14, 2023.

Promotion Restrictions

Referral links are prohibited from being published on coupon or shopping deal sites. Even if not posted by the referrer, Gather reserves the right to deactivate a link found on such sites. It is prohibited to use referral links with coupon browser extensions, shopping assistant apps, toolbar add-ons, pop-ups, etc. As stated above, any pending referral balance won't be paid if an account is terminated because of improper link use.
