First, if you are having trouble logging into the clipper tool, please make sure you are using the same email and password you use to login to your main account.
If that still doesn't work, it could be because third-party cookies have been blocked in your Chrome settings. Please follow the steps below to see if that might be the problem.
Step 1: In your browser, go to: chrome://settings/content
Step 2: You will instantly see the window below. If the box is checked next to "Block third-party cookies and site data", uncheck this box as shown below.
Step 3: If the box was checked, now try to login to the clipper tool using the same email and password you use to login to your main account.
If the box was not checked and you are still unable to login to the clipper tool, please let us know.
