Creating Common Fields for all Schedules

Learn how to add common fields to all Schedules.

Common fields for all Schedules are fields that you want to appear in every product, regardless of the Schedule type. When setting these up, add any field that should be universal across all Schedules.

Example: If you want every item specified to have a 'Product Name' field, you'll want to add it at the "All Scheules" level. This approach ensures consistency across your entire project and reduces redundancy by eliminating the need to add the same field to each Schedule individually.

Here's how you can edit and add your own common fields for all Schedules.

Step 1: Click the arrow next to "Edit Common Fields For All Schedules"

Step 2: To add a new common field, click on the + sign next to "Common fields."

Step 3: Give the field a name.

Step 4: Select the field type.

Step 5: Click save.

You can also delete, rearrange, and turn off existing fields. Please note that the fields with locks next to them are system files and cannot be deleted, but you can turn them off.
