If you were a Gather customer before the latest release of the new Classification System, you'll notice that your existing Types are in the "Other" schedule.
The first thing you'll want to do is set up all your new Schedules. This article โก๏ธ Creating Schedules, will walk you through how to add Schedules.
To move your existing Types into new Schedules, follow the steps below. (Video available below)
Step 1: Click on the "Other" schedule.
Step 2: Click on the three dots to the right of the Type you want to move and select "Move."
Step 3: Select the "Schedule" you want to move to and click "Move".
Editing Type Names
After moving a type, you may want to edit its name.
Click the three dots (...) next to the Type.
Select the edit (pencil) icon.
Edit the name as desired.
Save your changes.
Things to consider:
Moving your old types to new schedules is recommended rather than deleting them.
Deleting old types will clear that Type from any items currently being used.
Continue this process for all your old types, creating new schedules as needed.
