The spreadsheet view lets you select items by page or across your entire project. Here's how each option works.
Selecting All Items on the Current Page
Check the box at the top left of the spreadsheet to select all items on the page you're currently viewing.
Note: This only selects items on the current page (e.g., 50 items per page), not every item in the project.
De-Selecting Items on the Current Page
To de-select, simply uncheck the same box at the top left.
Selecting All Items in the Project
To select every item in the project (not just the current page), click the Select All checkbox at the top right of the spreadsheet view.

To clear the selection, simply uncheck the Select All checkbox.
Good to Know
Page selections don't carry over. If you select items on one page and navigate to the next page, your selections will automatically clear.
Need to select items across multiple pages? Use Filters and adjust the rows per page setting to consolidate the items you need onto a single page.
