How to Access Gather on Your Phone

While there isn’t a dedicated mobile app at this time, Gather works great in any mobile web browser.

Step 1: Open Gather on Your Phone

  1. Open your preferred web browser.

  2. Go to https://go.gatherit.co/users/sign_in

  3. Log in using your Gather credentials.

Step 2: Save Gather to Your Home Screen (Optional)

Add Gather to your home screen so you can access it quickly, just like an app.

📱 iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Safari (this only works in Safari, not Chrome or other browsers).

  2. Go to: https://go.gatherit.co/users/sign_in

  3. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

  5. Optionally rename the icon (e.g., “Gather”).

  6. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

🤖 Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Go to: https://go.gatherit.co/users/sign_in

  3. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  4. Tap “Add to Home screen.”

  5. Optionally rename the shortcut.

  6. Tap Add, then confirm by tapping Add automatically or dragging it manually.

✅ The Gather login page will now appear as an icon on your home screen.

Step 3: Using Gather on Mobile

  • You can view and manage your projects just as you would on a desktop, with some limited capabilities.

  • Rotate your phone to landscape mode for a wider view when working with detailed tables or specs.

  • All changes sync automatically, no saving required.
