To export Secondary Images, select the product items you wish to export and hover your mouse over the Exports icon. *Please note: Secondary images are only available on the Multi Page Spec export or on an individual product item's Spec Sheet.
After selecting the Multi Page Spec export, the format and product details will be available for selection. Select the Format, Cover Page, Item Pages and Final Page information you'd like included, then click Select Product Details in grey letters to the right of Format The Document.
Options to include Categorization, Specifications, Pricing and Status will appear. Select which items you'd like included in the export. Please note the Specifications under Common Fields and Pricing options can be selected by scrolling down in each sub menu. Make sure the Secondary Images box is checked.
Once all the selections have been made, click the green Next button in the bottom right hand corner.
You can save the Export in a File Folder, which is optional, and check the Client Visible box if you wish to make the export visible to your client. Once the selections are made, click the red Export & Save button. This will generate your export.

To export Secondary Images within an individual product item, select the item you wish to export. Once the item opens up, click on the Actions drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner and click Export Spec Sheet.
Format the Document options will appear. Click on Select Product Details.
Select the options you wish to be included. Make sure the Secondary Images box is checked.
Once all selections have been made, click the green Next button. Then click the red Export & Save button to generate the export.
