"Other Contributors" are not invited to a project nor can they see a project. They are essentially a contact for you and your Core Team to help keep a project's information organized. For example, this could be a General Contractor, a Rep, etc. They do not have access at all to a project. To add "Other Contributors", make sure you are in your project and then click the Overview tab.
Once in the Overview tab, look under Project Team and scroll down to find "Other Contributor." Click on the green plus sign to add a new contact or use an existing contact.
Click Add from Contact Book to select the person you'd like to add, then click the red Save button. Their name will now appear under "Other Contributors".
If this is a brand new contact, click on Create new Contact Book Person and then the green button below. Fill in their name and contact information, then click the red Save button. Their name will now appear under "Other Contributors".
