Where You Can Comment:
Product board
Step 1. Click on an item to open it.
Step 2. On the left side of the item modal, select the "Comments" tab.
Step 3. Use the formatting toolbar at the bottom to style your comment. Options include Bold, Italic, Underline, Bullet List, Number List, Strikethrough, Link, @Mention, and Emojis.
Step 4. To tag a team member or client, type the @ symbol and select their name.
Project Chat
Each project has a global chat with two channels:
Associates & Clients β Everyone can see comments here, including clients.
Associates Only β Internal team channel. Clients cannot see anything posted here.
Vision Board
Step 1. Click the "Vision Board" tab in your project.
Step 2. Select a board from the menu.
Step 3. Open an item on the vision board.
Step 4. Add comments using the same formatting and mention options.
Controlling Client Visibility
By default, comments are not visible to clients. Look for the eye icon in the comment box. When it's grey with a slash, the comment is internal only.
To make a comment visible to clients:
@mention the client directly (this automatically makes the comment visible), or
Click the eye icon to turn it green
