If you see a connection error when trying to export an invoice from Gather to QuickBooks, the issue may be on QuickBooks' side rather than Gather's.

How to Fix It
Try disconnecting your Gather account from QuickBooks, then reconnecting and trying the export again.
Go to your QuickBooks connected apps page: qbo.intuit.com/app/appcenter/myapps
Find Gather(production) in your list of integrations.
Click the three dots next to the Gather app and select Disconnect.
Go back to Gather and try exporting your invoice to QuickBooks again. You'll be prompted to reconnect your QuickBooks account during the export process.
