How to Set Up Date & Event Notifications

Choose how and when you're notified about important dates & events.

To set up notifications for upcoming dates and events, follow these steps.

Step 1: On the left side of your account, hover over the profile icon in the bottom corner. From the menu, select "Your Profile".

Step 2: Select Notification Settings

Step 3: Under Dates and Events, choose your email notification preference:

  • Daily digest – One email each morning with all date-related updates

  • Never – No email notifications

Step 4: Toggle In-App Notifications on or off. When enabled, date notifications will appear in the bell icon on the left side of the navigation bar.


Where Dates and Events Come From

Dates and events are set within individual items in a project. Open an item and go to the "Status" tab. Any date entered in a status field will trigger a notification based on your settings.


Things to Note:Β 

  • Daily digest emails will be sent at 12 AM UTC.

  • Notifications are set per user, not per account.Β
