If you need a spec sheet for one item, you can export it right from the item.

Open the item, click Actions in the upper-right corner, and select Export Spec Sheet.

Choose how you want to format the document.

Click Select Product Details, choose the details to include, then click Next.

(Optional) Rename the file and choose a Files folder.

5. Click Export &amp; Save.

When the export is ready, a message appears in the lower-left corner, and the file is saved in Files. To stop an export while it's generating, see <a href="https://help.gatherit.co/en/articles/10945426">Cancel an Export</a>.
