Subscribing to Gather is easy and can be done through the "Plan & Billing" section on your "Company Profile" page.
*Please Note: Only "Owners" or "Super Admin" on the account have access to the "Plan & Billing" tab.
If your trial has expired, when you log into your account, you will see the message below.
Step 1. To subscribe, click the "Choose the Plan That's Right For Your Team" button.
Step 2. Choose the plan that you prefer. To know more about our plans and their features, please check this link.
If you select the Firm Plan, you will be presented with the option of selecting either a monthly or annual payment plan.
After choosing your payment plan, you will be directed to another window to fill in your card details.
If your trial has not expired but you're ready to subscribe. Log in and click "Company Profile" under the "Account" dropdown.
Then select "Plan & Billing"
You will then need to select how you'd like to pay - monthly or yearly. If you pay yearly, the savings is close to 20%! Then click the subscribe button.
You will then be prompted to put in your payment info as shown below. Fill in the requested info, and click the blue pay button. A green check indicates your payment was accepted.
Next you'll be brought back to your "Plan & Billing" page. On this page, you will be able to update your credit card info and change your payment type. For example: if you originally opted to pay monthly but would like to change to paying annually, just click the green button below.
That's it, you're all set to go.
