Adding an Item to Multiple Areas

Learn how to add an item and its quantities to multiple areas.

Items in Multiple Areas allows you to efficiently manage products that appear in different locations within your project. Rather than creating duplicate entries, you can add a product once and assign it to multiple areas, each with its own quantity.

Step 1: Open the item and click on the + sign next to the "Area" field.

Step 2: Input the required item quantities per area and click "Save."

Once saved, the item will show:

  • All assigned areas under the Area Field.

  • The total quantity under Quantity, with a breakdown of quantities per area in parentheses.
