Create Export Presets (Legacy Plans)

Save your export settings as a preset and reuse them in one click.

Written by Scottie Elliott

An export preset saves your export settings so you can create the same document again in one click.

💡 If your export opens in a preview with Content and Style tabs, see Save Export Presets instead.

Create a Preset

  1. Open a project.

  2. From the Exports menu, select the export type you want.

  3. Set up your export on both screens: basic information and document structure, then specification details.

  4. Click Save as Preset.

  5. Give the preset a name and click Save.

Use a Preset

  1. In the Exports menu, look for the lightning bolt icon next to the export type.

  2. Select your saved preset.

  3. (Optional) Change the export name.

  4. Generate the export.

Update a Preset

  1. Open the preset from the menu next to the export type.

  2. Change the settings you need.

  3. When you save, choose Update the existing preset or Create a new preset.

Good to Know

  • One-time changes: to change a preset for a single export without updating the saved preset, open it, make your changes, and export without saving the preset.
