Save Export Presets

Save your export settings as a preset, including the style template, and reuse them in one click.

Written by Scottie Elliott

An export preset saves your export settings so you can get the same document again in one click. It remembers which details you included and, if you changed the style, the style template that goes with it.

Not on a Core or Core Plus plan? See the article "Creating Export Presets" in the related articles below.

Save a preset

  1. Open an export preview. Choose the details you want on the Content tab, and the look you want on the Style tab.

  2. Click the Content tab.

  3. Click Save next to No preset.

  4. Enter a name, and click Save preset.

If you changed the style, you can choose whether to save the style template with the preset by checking Save style template with preset.

Use a preset

Open the preset menu and choose a preset. The content and style options update together.

In the list, the style template that goes with each preset appears under its name.

You can also pick a preset without opening the preview. In the toolbar, click the Export icon and hover Spec Package. Choose a preset under Spec Package Presets.

Delete a preset

Hover over Spec Package in the Export menu, then click the pencil icon next to Spec Package Presets. In Edit Presets, hover over a preset and click the delete icon, then confirm.
