Archiving hides items from your active project view without deleting them. You can bring archived items back at any time.
🔁 Need to unarchive everything at once? Jump to the Unarchive section below. From Spreadsheet View, you can select all archived items and unarchive them in one bulk action.
Archive items
Archive multiple items at once:
Step 1: Select the items you want to archive. See Selecting Items if you need a refresher.
Step 2: Click the Actions dropdown and choose Archive items.
Archive one item at a time:
From Grid View:
Hover over the item and click the file-box icon.
From within an item:
Open the item and choose Archive from the Actions dropdown in the upper-right corner.
Archive from Spreadsheet View:
Select items in Spreadsheet View, then choose Archive items from the Action dropdown.
View your archived items
Archived items are hidden by default. To view them:
Grid View: Click Display Options in the action bar and toggle on Show Archived Items.
Spreadsheet View: Open the Display Options menu and toggle on Show Archived Items.
Unarchive items
Items can only be unarchived from inside a project, not from the Library.
From Grid View
Click Unarchive directly on any archived item card to restore it.
To unarchive several at once, select the items and choose Unarchive from the Bulk Actions menu (lightning-bolt icon).
From Spreadsheet View
Check the boxes next to the items you want to unarchive, open the Bulk Actions menu (lightning-bolt icon), and choose Unarchive.
🆘 Accidentally archived everything? Switch to Spreadsheet View, turn on Show Archived Items from Display Options, click the Select All checkbox in the top-right, then choose Unarchive from Bulk Actions. Everything comes back in one step.
When you're done
Return to Display Options and toggle off Show Archived Items to restore the standard project view.
💡 Good to know:
The Bulk Actions menu only activates when at least one item is selected.
Archived items stay hidden until you toggle Show Archived Items back on. They're safe and findable, just out of the way.
