How to crop an image

If you need to crop an image so that it matches the sizing of your other export photos, you can do so using the crop feature.

Follow these steps to fix the image:

Step 1: Open the Product Item in Gather

  1. Navigate to the product item within Gather

  2. Click on the item to open it

Step 2: Enter Edit Mode

  1. Click on the Edit button underneath the image with the grey pencil icon

Step 3: Get the Image from the Manufacturer's Website

  1. Go to the manufacturer's website

  2. Find the product image

  3. Right-click on the image

  4. Select Copy image address from the menu

Step 4: Update the Image in Gather

  1. Return to Gather

  2. Click on Link URL

  3. Paste the image address you copied

  4. Click the blue button to confirm

Step 5: Crop the Image

  1. After the image loads, you'll see a Crop option in the upper left hand corner

  2. Click on Crop

  3. Adjust the crop to fit the size you need

  4. Click Save
