Items in Gather can only be unarchived from within a project — you cannot unarchive items from the Library.
Step 1: Show Archived Items
Open your project and click the Display Options icon in the action bar. Toggle on "Show Archived Items" to reveal any items that have been archived.
📝 Using Spreadsheet View? You'll find the same option under the Display Options menu — toggle on "Show Archived Items."
Step 2: Unarchive Your Items
Now that your archived items are visible, here's how to bring them back:
In Grid View
Click "Unarchive" directly on any archived item card to restore it.
To unarchive multiple items at once, select them and choose "Unarchive" from the Bulk Actions menu (lightning bolt icon).
In Spreadsheet View
Check the box next to the items you want to unarchive, then click the Bulk Actions menu (lightning bolt icon) and select "Unarchive."
Step 3: Turn Off the Filter
When you're done, go back to Display Options and toggle off "Show Archived Items" to return to your normal project view.
💡 Good to Know:
The Bulk Actions menu requires at least one item to be selected — if nothing is selected, it will be grayed out.
Archived items are hidden by default. You must toggle on the archived filter to see and unarchive them.
