You can cancel a monthly Gather subscription yourself from your account settings.

Note: If you're on an annual plan, contact our support team at <a href="mailto:support@gatherit.co" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@gatherit.co</a> to cancel.

On the left side of your account, hover over the profile icon in the bottom corner and select Company Profile.

1. On the left side of your account, hover over the profile icon in the bottom corner and select Company Profile.

2. Click Plan &amp; Billing.

3. Click Cancel Plan.

4. Click Cancel Account.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the following when you cancel:

- The storage of data after cancellation.
- The subscription cost and same features.

This means that there is no guarantee that your data will be saved and that you will be subject to whatever the current subscription cost is at that time should you resubscribe. We cannot guarantee you will have access to the same features and subscription price should you cancel.

If you change your mind, contact us at <a href="mailto:support@gatherit.co" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@gatherit.co</a> and we'll be happy to reactivate your account.
