Core vs Core Plus: What's Included

Compare what's included in Core and Core Plus, and choose the plan that fits how your team works.

Written by Scottie Elliott

Core and Core Plus share the same Product board. Core is for teams who only specify, and either manage purchasing in another tool or outsource it completely. Core Plus is the same foundation, plus the procurement side: budgeting and ordering, all connected to the same items.

Choose Core if you only specify

Core fits teams who specify products and either manage purchasing in another tool or outsource it completely. You collect products, set their details, track decisions with statuses and tags, and share specifications and exports with clients. Core has no Budgets tab, no Orders, and no order statuses.

Choose Core Plus if you need procurement

Core Plus fits teams that go a step further and purchase what they specify. You plan project costs, generate purchase orders, and track payments and shipments through delivery. The Budgets tab and Orders sit alongside the Product board, so your budget and your orders stay connected to the same items.

It comes down to one question: does your team need the procurement capabilities of Core Plus, or do you only specify?
