If you need help inviting a team member or client, and find that the invite tool isn't working, don't panic — we're here to help!
When sending an invitation to a team member or client, the invite button will turn green button if all the details are accurate.
There are two potential reasons why you cannot invite a team member:
You may be entering the email address with letters in uppercase.
The system might say, "this email already exists," if the email address has one or two characters in uppercase. Make sure to enter the email address in lowercase letters for the system to recognize it.
The email address has a space before it. The invite button will not turn green if the field is incomplete. Double-check that there is no space before inputting the email address in the designated field.
